Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices, products and promotions can change without notice. If we list something at the wrong price or can't fulfill an order, we'll let you know and refund any payment for that item. We may limit or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed for resale.

Made-to-order products

Our products are printed after you order. Colors can look a little different on screen than in person, and sizes can vary slightly. See our Refund Policy if something isn't right, and our Shipping Policy for delivery details.

Our designs

The designs, text, images and logos on this site belong to Texas Humor or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or reproduce them without our written permission.

Humor

Our products and posts are jokes and parody about Texas life. They aren't endorsed by, or affiliated with, any person, team or company they mention unless we say so.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break its security, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
