Every Texas Humor item is printed just for you after you order. If something isn't right with your order, email us at howdy@txhumor.com and we'll make it right.

How it works

• Email howdy@txhumor.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
• Tell us what happened. If it arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong, a quick photo helps us sort it out fast.
• We'll work it out with you, whether that's a replacement, an exchange or a refund.
• Please don't mail anything back unless we ask you to.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.
