Texas Humor is a brand of Two Corgs LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit txhumor.com, buy from us or sign up for our emails, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you bought. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email and text sign-ups: your email address or phone number, and how you interact with our messages (for example, opens and clicks).
- Browsing information: your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you got to our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Messages you send us: anything you include when you email us.
How we use it
- To make, ship and deliver your order, and to answer your questions.
- To send you marketing emails or texts if you've signed up. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts.
- To understand how our site is used, fix problems, prevent fraud and improve what we offer.
- To show you ads for our products on other sites and apps, where allowed.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the store, such as Shopify (our store platform and payments), Printful (which prints and ships your order), shipping carriers, our email and text provider, and analytics and advertising partners like Google, Meta and TikTok. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information for money.
Cookies and ads
We and our partners use cookies and similar tools to keep your cart working, measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Where required, you'll see a banner that lets you choose your cookie preferences.
Your choices and rights

How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting and customer service, and marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure.
Kids
Our site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
