Shipping, Refunds, & Return Policies

When will my order ship?

Since most of our products are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. You will receive a tracking email as soon as it is shipped. Transit times listed at checkout are for after the shipment has left our warehouse.

Reasons there could be a delay in fulfillment and/or shipping include:

    • Products being out of stock
    • Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions

How can I return or exchange my item?

Please shoot us an email at with your order number within 30 days of receiving your items, and we would be happy to assist with a return or exchange.

The item I received is damaged/ missing/ not what I ordered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, no need to worry. Returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items are 100% free. If this happens, please contact us at with a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item along with the order number and we will send you a replacement right away.

When will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Can I return items from the sale section?

All sale items are final sale. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, or exchanged.
